Ainia (Swiftness)
Ainia was born in Themiskyra in 1209 BC. She was babysitter and companion to Penthesilea. She fought bravely in the Thrace and at Troy after which Artemis returned her to Themiskyra.
She felt forever guilty for having survived Troy and never went back to battle. Not being able to bring her sisters back, she worked tirelessly to make the country of the Thermodon safer and to make it harder for Ares to commit the same kind of horrible crimes. She worshiped Artemis and would never again mention the name Achilles out of respect for her sisters and so that he should be forgotten forever. She raised her daughters and lived in peace for the rest of her long life.
